REMUS makes a header for the zetec as well as an exhaust system. It is however muy expensivo!

Bottom (cat)?[/b]OK it was me that mentioned the fitting problem not hector so I will answer it... yes clearence between the headers and the radiator. a guy I work with has a 2000 ZX3 and I measured the clearence and they have a good 3" more than we do and you will also need to relocate the cat too but that really isn't a problem to do...

And yes, install would be a Bitch!![/b]Illeagel not if the shop that does it fills out the correct papers when they do it... just as to replace the cat even if it is in the same location they have to fill out papers stating why it was replaced... I have NEVER seen a focus with those headers with a cat in the factory location if they have one at all it has been moved to under the car.

Interesting...I haven't had much luck finding a shop that will move the cat from the stock location. I wonder why the Focii move the cat with that header.

The Foci dont move the cat. Focus has a 3 bolt flange on the cat we have a 4 bolt flange. Dont no if its been mentioned b4 but the stock focus header is a tube header that would have to be a huge improvement over our stock manifold. Should be quite a few take offs kicking around.

B4 y'all jump my case about ? if nothing else it would be a cheap way to figure out what is needed to make any of the focus headers work. adapters or whatever. BTW focus cat from ford is about $600 not cheap
