Where did you see it was rated at 32F??? CCA is determined as follows:
For example, a 12 volt battery with 600 CCAs means the battery will provide 600 amps for 30 seconds at 0°F before the voltage falls to 7.20 volts (six cells). The higher the CCA, the more powerful the cranking ability.
For reference the starter draws around 60-70amps to run over. So even a Dyna-batt would start the car ~8 times without a recharge. There is no reason to doubt it's cranking power. It's design is far superior to a wet cell battery in efficiency. It's in "reserve time" that it is seriously diminished, but that is understandable considering the size difference. It has about 1/3 the reserve time. (that's roughly 30 mins) Reserve time is continuous use time at a 20 amp draw.
If you live in a cold climate, you should consider the CCA rating when choosing a battery. If you live in a hot climate, you don't need as much CCA.
