My co-worker drives a stock del-sol, and he wants to race me. I've beaten my friends tour with a stock 2.5 ATX. I know he has a weight advantage in the del-sol, but other than that should I have any worries??

As long as its not a del sol vtec you should be ok even if it is you got a chance (depending on track conditions)as they have no power till your gone and he will be playing catch up

It will be at Heartland Park in Topeka, I'm also planning on bringing my digital camera and making a movie of my kill.

HOLD UP!!!! First of all, Del Sols suck azz! This kid at my school had one and offered to race me. I took him up on it and beat him. Not by much but I beat him. Yeah, even with VTECS hondas can be beat! Second, OMG! YOu guys are too funny. I must say that the Zetec owners are more down to earth than those SVT owners. They think their **** don't stink. Well guess what?! It DOES!  Anyway, long live street racing and be safe my fellow street racer. To the Nazi, (LOL) I can understand your ethics. :p

I'm sure one of our mods could tell you this too by locking the thread when they see it... look in the off topice and general sections and you will find threads that have been locked because of talk of street racing. for example try here or here or here or maybe here get the Idea??? street racing = a no no on here.

ooh BTW if I was a mod on here I would of locked the large number of threads that have been started reacently in here about it too. but maybe that's just me.
