Let's see if you can tell how much material can be removed from these babies... I'm going to have to raise the price slightly over what I charge for the Duratec TB's by $10 to $60 plus S/H, or $45 in addition to powder coating. The slight price increase is because of the extra time needed to remove that extra material, I hope the gains are worth it. Here's the first before pic, closed position: Now the before pic at WOT: After BNM optimization in closed position: After BNM optimization, WOT:

I'd be willing to pay you for a new TB (99 ATX), the optimizing and then sending you my core for a slight refund if you are interested. Send me a PM with a price quote. THX

Cores are $100 with an 80% refund upon return of your stock TB (which is a change from previous policy to make it worth my while to keep these multiple cores on hand). Meaning you pay $20 to buy the use of my core. Core refunds are good for 30 days after the shipping date on the optimized BNM TB.
Price is $60 for optimization, or $45 in addition to powder coating as stated in the first post. Plus $8 S/H.

Hey, wanna sell me your busted ass trunk as a partial/full trade? Once the insurance guys get ahold of it I mean. I want a pre '98 trunk on Silvie. Email or PM me if you're interested in that, or I'll just wait for the cash.

That looks great, from the looks of it I'd be willing to bet there will be respectable HP gains esspecially on DDAVIS's car. Are there different TB's for Pre/post 98.
Mine does not look like that and I think its a plastic housing with a very small bore that is offset to one side. Or it might be the saturn that has that, but I'm pretty sure is was the contour. I'll check tonight.
But screw all that, the big question is. I see there is still alot of material in there. Couldn't you fabricate a new TB plate and just bore the chit out off that thing 65mm maybe?
Again outstanding work.

Right on! I'll be anxiously awaiting it's arrival tomorrow so I can toss it on and see what's up I suspected you'd try playing with that "lip" about midway between the butterfly and top edge.
