What the hell is the difference???

Why does the SCA stall & the SMA doesn't?? from the very few pics I've seen of the SMA, the look the same???

Anyone? Anyone?? Bueller?

Wow, I never knew the SCA one stalled..I was perplexed why everyone was experiencing this. I have the SMA one and I never stalled...been in my engine for about 60,000 miles now...LOVE it to all hell! Best mod next to the sho off road y I've done.. If they look the same I wouldn;t know why.

I had the SCA on my car till I sold it...never stalled once.

If you stall, you need to reclock the MAF to a different position, or check for air leaks. CAI by itself would not cause a stall, SCA or SMA. Reason for reclocking is to get the MAF signal wires out of the turbulence caused by the moving air past the end of the filter. (NOTE: Reclocking is loosening the hose clamp at the MAF and rotating it to a different position, retighten hose clamp and retest)

I've done that part....still fine tuning..haven't reclocked the maf yet....its getting closer...
