The cams for the turbo set up have more lobe separation and the NA versions have more overlap. Each will not produce as much as the other in a cross over configuration, IE turbo cams in a NA engine or NA cams in a turbo engine.

Roro actually didn't get a 37 HP gain from the Gude head package alone. It was from the Gude head package, header, intake, cat back, etc.... Other people with stock cams and stock heads on their Focus have put almost as much power tot he wheels as he has. I know a lot of peopeel that had bad experiences with Gude products. Many Neona nd Honda owners won't buy their products any more and they have a bad reputation in the ZX2 community too.

I've been searching for a project Zetec to have as a toy... anyone know of any in need of motor repair for under 2 grand? rick said the same thing to me basicly when we were going to the hotel from gingerman... I am doing things to my Zetec if I wasn't why would rick of asked me if I had a V6 at Spring Zing.... I gotta save my pennies to drop her off at terry's though. then I will look at what else I can do to give me a few more ponies... and unless D Davis gets a good run in tonight I got the fastest time in the quarter for a Zetec on here and I did that with no traction in just over a month I hope for better track conditions when I'm there next and MAYBE that TB from you brad...

Bolt ons are nice, but I've yet to see a heavily modded Zetec tour... and this post is almost a year old! Come on guys!

I have also heard many horror stories from people who have had dealings with Gude. Parts not included w/the kit, incomplete machine work, etc... I'd steer more twords Esslinger based on their track record in comparision to Gude.

Well I can't believe no one is running the Alpha kit yet.. I guess you guys have never heard the induction note from an individual throttle body setup with horn air intake stacks huh?? No SVT can send shivers down your spine like that... ..slap that on a nice high-comp ported and polished head with some hot cams, a nice set of headers and you have yourself the sweetest thing next to a BTCC Mondeo. Anybody want the engine from my SVT?

Pascal, We've discussed the Alpha kit a little bit before and about the only thing holding us back is a little thing called the firewall. Because our intake man. is on the rear of the engine the Alpha setup would place the TBs right into the firewall. We some sort of 'right-angle' 90 degree bend that would point them up a bit. And of course then we'd probably have to cut a hole in the hood for it all to fit. Peace, Brad

I have mentioned this before, but what about a turbo feeding multiple TBs? I PM'd TH and he said that multiple TB aren't really needed in F/I applications, but it sure would be awesome Look at the multi carb turbo at the bottom of the page.
