u can run 50 shot safely 100 is really pushing it on a stock motor a local kid has a brand new civic and runs 50 shot on a fully stock car just has rims vinyl and nos runs 15.6 i dont think that the zetec can handle 100 but maybe 75 shot. but hey i only know audio on the tour now mustangs are a different story -=D
