Ok. I'm ready to do the exhaust on my zetec, but I have some concerns. Since this is my wifes daily driver noise is an issue and I definately do a lot of hwy miles so droning has to be kept to a minimum.

Now I've heard that the flowmaster 3 chamber should be the way to go for low noise vs performance, and the dynomax can be obnoxious.

As for res. removal, I like the midas high flow res. or glasspack options, But it seems more logical to do the glasspack mod rather than replacing a res. with a res.

Please help!!! I'm too undecided.

I used the flowmaster and glass pack. Seems to work well. I have used both in the past on different cars and both can get loud the key is the glass pack. The flow has a lower tone . My car still gets kind of loud when I get on it but its not bad at highway speeds

Thanks for the post slowpoke. I noticed your sig said your UDP is still in box, what kind is it and way haven't you installed it?

As for your exhaust, did you go with 2.25 or kept the stock tubing and what was your costs on everything?

My UDP is an ASP (got it from Bacco99) its still in the box because I havn't had time to put it on yet and now I ordered the Weapon-R intake so I guess I'll put them on when it gets here. I used the stock tubing for now (2.25 would be better)and paid $150 for both G.P. and flow installed (which is good down here in Texas)
