Terry, if the cam specs (lift and duration) were changed, why was that? Was it emissions related, or was it something to do with the VCT system? Can the earlier style cams be swapped into the later engines?

Do you happen to know what the valve sizes are?

I know, I know....tons of questions!

Most are quite mild but as I expect that most people would want to retain the stock lifter and injector set ups they woud be fine.For example a kent/European 'race' came has a range of 4000-8500rpm,duration of 320/312 with 0.450/0.420 lift,a lot hotter than the 'race' cam on the site.
