I just got my loan approved yesterday, and I close on June 6. Mike . . . you won't even have to cut the grass because I don't have a lawn. I'm going to have to make some decisions when I get money saved up again. Do I mod the SVT with some springs/struts or do I mod the house with a little sod. Decisions, decisions.
