Got off work and noticed my car had a dent on the back passenger side right in front of the gas tank ... Hopefully it won't cost too much to fix. Its not too bad .. It did get a really small blemish where it looks like the paint cracked at one spot(hairline crack about 1/2 inch long) ...

What really pisses me off is it happened on Schriever AFB .. Note a note or anything .. ******* just drove off ... You'd think we'd have people with integrity in the military but I guess that no longer applies ...

Anyone good at removing dents or know a reasonable place to go ... I think I can live with the small crack in the paint .. just add a little touchup to keep it from rusting but I can't stand the look of the panel pushed in like that....

I'll try and get you a pic tomorrow ... comming home from work today looked like a big thunderstorm was heading in so I didn't get the camera out.

My brother's car just got SPRAY PAINTED on friday...f*ck that! It was only his driver's door, so it coulda been much worse.

I know .. Mine sat for 3 years in a nice safe place in Tennessee ... Never heard anything out there about people vandalizing cars ... Life was good ...

Come out here and and the poor thing has to fear for its life ... Maybe thats why I didn't get that good of a gas milage on my trip to NM ... The car was pissed at me smile

Ed, sorry to hear about what happened. Here's an idea, if you know any of the SP's out there you might want to talk to them about going over the security tapes. If memory serves correctly, a few of those camera's out there look over the parking lot, and if you were parked up near the portals, you may be able to get a good look at the vehicle that did it. That is if you want to go that route.

As for body shop's around here, Blosser's and Red Noland's body shop are really good.

Hope this might ease the pain,
Mike
