i am new to this website... but i've been a CEG since I was 15. Now 20, i totaled my 95 SE this summer, and today, the engine coolant went out and overheated on my mom's 95 LX. so i'm looking to buy another Contour. What I'm looking for is an SVT, -OR- a 95-97 SE. If anyone sees anything like this around either in the Post and R.M. News paper (which I check daily), or anywhere else (like at dealers or know someone who's getting rid of theirs), PLEASE let me know! Also, I will only buy 5spd manual... no automatics please.

Don't worry the SVT only comes in a 5-speed. Keep you eye on the classifieds. I've seen CSVT's being sold virtually every weekend in the classifieds, except for this weeknd of course. If you are really serious, go to a Dealer and have them do a vehicle search for you, that's how I got mine. There's bound to be some sitting on a lot somewhere.

I was planning on selling my SVT this fall, but if you're interested I could be talked into selling it sooner (I have another Contour I can drive). It's a black '98 E1 SVT with only 23k miles. Mods include Konis, Eibachs, 18" Konig Tantrum wheels with new Yokohama Parada tires, $3,000 stereo system, Clifford alarm.

Hey Bob H. Being that i don't know what Xilinx is I must ask. Is it a service provider or do you work for them? If you work for them do you know Kai, drives an Audi TT? Just curious.
