Well I just ordered the Bridgestone Potenza S03 Pole Position today from Tire Rack and it'll be replacing my rather overdue, Potenza RE-730's Gen.1 (the newer RE730 Generation 2 replaces the previous model by addressing the outer blocks which had a tendency to wear rather quick due to lack of support) that was wearing rather quick on the outer tread. My front, driver side tire partially ripped the other day, plus all the other tires show some portion of the inner carcass of the Tires, so it kind of gave me a good reason to order another set!

I should have it on next week Monday or Tuesday and I'll give a initial report of what I think of them. I can guarantee I'll have a big laugh laugh Grin on my face when it's all said and done.

Now I can finally keep my speed up in the wet, something I haven't been able to do for awhile now, with my OVERDUE RE730's....

Oh and the Tires are 215/45-17 on SSR GT1 17x7 wheels wink

I'm running 225/50/16 S03's on SSR GT1's. I'll go out on a limb and say that these have been the best tires I've EVER had on a car. Phenomenal grip, quiet, responsive, good in wet weather; they've got it all (we'll see about tread wear).

Good choice, if you ask me.

I am due for tires in the next three months.
I have been running the Bridgestone RE730s.
I just don't know if I want S03s or the Falken Azenis.

Let us know, I will be interested.

Silva-

Ive owned both of those tires(back to back even) and you will be absolutely amazed at the difference! I dont even have to go on a limb, ill say it with confidence the S03's are THE best tire ive driven with. Ive tried pretty much every tire out there and it surpasses them all. Treadwear is actually excellent considering the amount of grip they provide. Wet weather is phenomenal. Even after heat cycling, they still stick due to the dual compound layer tread.

Just wait, youll see wink

Damnit GUY's don't stir up so much excitement, I still needs to wait till Monday for them to arrive laugh wink

Well with all the rain we get here in the Islands, a very good rain tire is a must, especially when I'm greatly exceeding the Speed Limit! Did I say I'm breaking the Speed Limit, 'Oh No Sir, it wasn't me, it was the One Armed Man!'

Anyway, thanks Guys for backing up my confidence in my purchase of Tires...All I can Say, "I Can't Wait!"
