trick...neon has a main power and a ground...you must run the black wire (green) to a ground..and run your power (red) threw a switch...if your not sure about wiring a swtich...all you do is buy a simple 2 way switch in the case you run your power ( red wire) to the switch and run another wire from either your fuse box which has either a constant power or one that turns on with ignition...its so you can turn it on and off when ever you want...do you really want it on all the time??? sorry i didnt tell ya where to ground...a ground you will just need to take a ring terminal...like $.5 cens at your local hardware store and drill a hole and put a screw threw that ring terminal so you have a solid ground connection....

if u can't find an ez ground u can always ground it to the ground terminal on your battery otherwise just find a bolt that is in the floor and put it under there

Another option to have it go on with the headlights is to hook it up to the extra wire you would would have taped off if you did the fog light mod.

I have red neon under my driver side footwell and the passenger. With the use of 2 relays mine go on whenever the dome lights go on and go off when the dome lights go off, also i have a switch were it can stay on all the time, wether the car is on or not.
