Finally got my E0's mounted (with new KDW's) and I can't figure out how to get the plastic center caps on. I don't want to break them but they are very stubborn. Is there a trick I don't know about? Considering they came off pretty hard I wouldn't be surprised if a rubber mallet was in order. However it looks like someone was harsh on them before (they're used wheels) and one of the 4 plastic grabber dealies (with the wire around it) on one of the caps is chipped. Help! confused

Look in the center of the rim. There will be a little notch. Look on the back of the cap. There will be a little notch also. Line those up, pop them in, and you are good to go. wink

Thanks LoCo. I saw the notch and the part in the cap that I thought would go there even though the cap notch is bigger than the notch in the wheel. So when I line the two notches up, do I push down evenly on the cap or start with the notch end, push that in and then go around the rest of the cap little by little like you would with a wheel cover?

I just kind of give it a whack with the heel of my hand, and they pop right in.

Thanks guys. I don't know, maybe I was just weak from wrestling the wheels and tires on. Yesterday I just popped them on with hardly any effort at all. laugh
