My sticker says 32 psi all around and that's exactly what I run. Any more or less and I get wrong tire wear.

Why higher in the back? You like the back end loose? I run 36f, 34b.

It's all a matter of preference really, and practicality...if you drive a lot of city miles go 32 all around highway 35 all around if you carry a little extra weight in the back like me(stereo, luggage, dead bodies, etc) then bump the rear to 36-38 PSI

use the range that is on the tire. i think the kdw's on my svt say 34-44 psi so i run like 38-40
what ever the door jamb says i would disregard. Unless you want a blow out cause ford probly says to run at 5 psi.
Good rule of thumb: go by what the tire manufacturer recamends not by what the sticker says on your door.

I go by what is recommended on the sidewalls of the KDW's. 40psi for predominately city driving and 42psi for highway. If you run these 50 series tires underinflated you run the risk of bending a rim (I speak from experience from this past winter - I used to run 32-34psi). I was also told by my Ford dealer service manager that underinflating the KDW's causes cupping of the tread. Although my tires are already trashed (except for the one replaced by my insurance company) and due for replacement, I run the higher pressure for the health of my rims.
