I see that Sams Club is having a sale on tires and was just wondering if anyone has used the GoodYear Wingfoot HP or the Eagle GPS? Just wanting some input before I make a purchase.. I checked out Tirerack, but decided to just purchase them and have them put on all together. The cheapest I found to just have a tire put on here is about $20.00 bucks a tire. The places I asked didnt really like the idea of putting on someone elses tires other then there own. Hey thanks alot y'all!

I have the wingfoots, pretty good traction Don't hear any noise, I've had them about two weeks now. They look a little bit wider than stock, probably better anyway. Havent slid into anything yet with 'em

I got Eagle HPs on my SE and they are great tires.
Wingfoots are a step below the Eagles but should give decent performance.

Todd,

Go to Sears...

Michelin Pilot XGT Z4
http://tires.michelin-us.com/catalog/tires/pilotxgtz4.html
Buy the Road Hazard Warranty with them.

I bought a set of Energy MXV4+ from Sears with the RH Warranty.
Tires cost me $105 each.
Warranty was $25 for all 4 tires.
About 35,000 miles later I caught a nail in the sidewall of one.
Warranty bought back all 4 tires and gave me a credit of $49 on each tire, based on treadwear.
I put the credit towards a new set of Pilot XGT H4s, and the new Warranty costs me $45.
Pilot XGT H4 Tires for 98.5 SE were under $116 each.

Rotation and balance is FREE, as long as you own the car.
And it can be done while you are shopping in Sears.

The Pilots are definitely stickier than the MXV4+s,
and ride harder, but they are soooooo quiet.
