for a set of 17x7 with 40mm offset will a 225 45 17 fit fine thanx

They'll fit as long as you haven't lowered your car alot. They'll give you a nice wide stance, yet won't stick out TOO much.

hey man whats up. stop by the CT forum.

215 should fit without a problem. 225 may give u some rubbing issue. tire brand vary too. 225 in one brand may not rub vs another brand's 225.

if you're running Eibach's, you'll rub with 225's. You can roll the fender out, that's pretty much the only option you have. Otherwise, you'll need a high offset, closer to 45, in order NOT to rub.
