Been oogling them for a few days now. ASA KA-3's. Wanted to know if anyone here already had them and maybe had a pic of them on their car. Any guess on how much they weigh? I know they're not Superleggeras, but they 'look' pretty light, no?

Just because they look light, doesnt mean they are! It all depends if they are cast or forged...and of course what metal they are made from.

That's what I meant. I'm not an idiot. I was hoping someone else here had them / knew about them. Anyways.

my friend put them on his lancer oz rally (i know, it shouldnt say oz on his car any more but hes dumb.) anyway, he got 17 inch ones and they weigh noticably less than the 15 inch oz wheels that came stock, just to let you know.
THIS CAR IS F***ING COOL!
bone stock for now...

Dude... deja-freakin'-vu. I was searching the net and I think I came across your friend's post on www.lancerforums.com . Anyways I didn't have time to register and send him my questions, but tell him to message me here or something.

Well, I e-mailed TireRack about the info, but it's been a week and no response yet. I checked the ASA website and they're not even displaying this rim. Thanks anyways.

They got back to me. The rims are cheap at $160 each, but are 20lbs.

Are these rims strong? Michigan roads are simply the worst. I have gone through 5 wheels already and on the hunt for a nice strong wheel (17"). Does anyone have any comments that can help me out?

Great looking wheels. Would be my current choice if I was in the market.
