I was checkin out some tires at Canadian Tire and found a great deal. They are dropping the Pacemark line they have. The Pacemark G/T is an ok tire. I had it on a previous car.

In 205/55/16 they are about $127 regular, on special clearance at $76. Not a bad deal if you need some tires for a set of 16's and don't have a lot to spend.

Only drawback, is that they will only have what is in stock to sell. They won't bring them in.

Thought someone might like to know.

Well, I hate to trash a deal when there is one to be had, but I have a set of Pacemarks,(they were free), and they are terrible. There is nothing performance about them. Probably the worst tires I've ever had. Granted, these are a few years old, so I don't know if they have changed them since, but the ones I have $uck!

Really? I had a set of 195/50/15's a couple years ago and I thought they were ok. I sure as hell wouldn't use them in the winter. But other than that I found them to be a middle of the road tire. Better than the regular all seasons I had on before.
