Check your rear wheel lip where the rear bumper's top mounting bolts are. This is where my 235/40/17's rubbed. After beating the hell out of the wheelwells themselves and still rubbing, I finally noticed this area. A few minutes later with a set of good tin snips, no more rubbing. With the BAT kit, they're slightly lower, but slightly stiffer. I'd guess your rubbing would be about the same, until you trim the mounting tab that is.
