Put them on last night, but weighed the wheel/tire combo before I did. Now, this is not "scientific" because the tires aren't the same, and the old ones have some mileage, which would mean less rubber, but here goes.
Stock wheel/tire: 35 lbs.
Mas MGR/tire: 45 lbs (holy sh**!

)
"Stock" is the 96 SE 7 spoke "soft effect" wheel with Bridgstone Potenza RE 930 All-season radials. Mas wheel is wrapped in Kumho Ecsta 712. Tire pressures equalized before measurement.
Cuppla things: I think the Potenza is a pretty light weight tire. The sidewall is pretty thin, and these have about 25k on them, so they literally have less rubber on them than a new tire would. The Kumhos feel more sturdy, with a perceptably thicker sidewall, in addition to being brand new.
Also, the 7-spoke wheels in question aren't bad to begin with. Just wish they were larger diameter, but I'm not paying over $200 for them in a 17" version (sorry BAT).
Finally, as reported here, the 17" Mas wheels are 24 lbs. I would guess, then, that the 16" wheels would be less, maybe around 23 Lbs. There's no way the stock wheels are 13 lbs, so much of that 10 lb weight difference has to be in the tires.
