How long does it normally take to get the credit? I sent in those tires we talked about over the phone last week, and it was received last week. But I checked my credit card transaction and didn't see a credit yet.

I haven't see Luke reply in quite some time. He may be on an extended vacation.

About your question, though. Most refunds to a CC seem to take 2-3 weeks to get posted after the store has done the refund transaction.

I just ordered tires from Luke yesterday, so he's in, just busy I guess. Have you tried calling him?
