If you want to add DRL you might be able to do so easily. Look in the fuse panel under the hood. If you have a spot among the relays that looks like ther is a missing relay and that spot has a shorting bar joining two of the electricals sockets, you may be able to activate DRL by removing the shorting bar and installing the appropriate relay. You can get more detail from Bill Jenkins. He has a picture posted somewhere that shows the fuse box with the place for the relay.
Personally, I don't care for DRL, but then I don't live in an area with long periods of twilight where the system is most effective. Maybe if I lived in Canada or a far northern part of the US I would feel differently.
