What are the differences between these rims?

Are the E0 rims the rounded spokes?

Are there any weight or durability differences?

Nope just the way it looks, some like the smoother look that the EO offer some like the E1 look.

I thought someone said the E1 rims are lighter......don't qoute me on it though.
