I was hoping alleyway28 or one of the other people on this forum could help me find a more attractive centercap for the Superior 17" E1-like wheels from the group buy. Marc, did Miguel have any other options? Thanks!

I'm going to buy a set of svt centercaps off the E1 rims, then pry out the circular s and glue the svt ones in. The only problem is that ford wants $100 for the centercaps!

I thought about this, but I ran into the same price issue you are talking about. Thanks for the feedback!

Yea, my friend can get ford parts at cost, but they are still $75!

I never got Miguel to look at the stock center caps... I sold my stock wheels already. Funny how the stock Cobra centercap looks smaller.... I think there is a size difference. Not sure if you guys want to ride with cobra centers though...
I would suggest painting the centercaps gloss black, then getting a chrome SVT sticker made up at one of those sticker places that do vinyl lettering and graphics...
Then put a clear piece of clear vinyl over it and there you go... I think they would come out great.. I spoke about this with Brad Noon, and he agrees... it would only cost about 20 bucks to do this...
By the way I've seen SVT caps on Ebay for way cheaper....

I've seen the Audi guys do this when their
new aftermarket wheels won't accept any of
the OEM Audi caps. They just have a set of
3M-backed vinyl decals printed and cut, and
insert them inside their aftermarket center
cap. Looks fine.
