Well I have some good news. I am going either thursday or friday to get the Silver SVT at Newton Buick in Chattanooga. I saw that there were a few in Atlanta and one in Johnson City but Atlanta is too far away and the one in Johnson City had 1000 miles over the one in Chattanooga and was about the same price. Now the only thing to do is get my stereo out and the old on back in. I will let everyone know what happens. Thanks for all the help.

Whoops...so much for two leads from me.

If I get a chance this weekend (we're heading to Gatlingburg, so I may not), I'd like to check out a few dealerships. I'm hearing a lot of talk of "0.0% interest" and "low prices," so I'd like to see what's what.

If I go, I definitely keep an eye open for you.

Wthermans: If you get the one in Chattanooga talk them down to 12,500 I'm fairly certain that they'll sell it for that since it's been there for a while, and they don't sell very many cars. Just start them out low and work up. Never take what they tell you 13,900 is too much for that car. Stop buy and see me before you head out too. Email me at leecox @ hotmail.com and I'll give you my cell number...

SVT9801: If you live in East Brainerd near Liles Addition then I know exactly who you are. If this is who I'm thinking ask your wife who Lee Cox is.

ok...I have some good news....I am going Sat. with a few of my friends and my mother and getting the SVT in Chatt. They are talking like they won't take my SE as a trade-in so that may be a problem. The guy said that he would be able to sell me the car at a "reasonable price" since I am coming in from two hours away. I am keeping my finger's crossed on this one.

Lee Cox-I will try to get in touch with you on Sat. It really depends on how the sale at the dealer goes. If I don't get to keep the SE then I have to go to your local Circuit City and have them uninstall my upgraded stereo. I will email you though.

Everyone: Thanks for all the help in making this happen. I will keep everyone posted and hopefully we can get together sometime for a meet. I would be glad to let everyone use my apartment to have a get-together type of thing.

Saturday my wife and I have to go to a picnic at UTC for something. Honestly, she told me but I don't remember. We'll be out there from 11 till 4, but all me anyway and we may be able to meet.

Also I wouldn't take the car to those yahoo's at CC you can do it your self if they didn't butcher your stock wiring harness. All you have to do is take off the bezel around the stereo and use a DIN tool to slid it out. The pull of the Wiring harness for the radio and plug your old one back in. Then slide it in place until it clicks. Simple as that, for the dash anyway. Speakers are a different story. Backs are easy but the front doors are a little more difficult.

yeah I have some infinity's in the front doors, stock in the back, and two subs in a box in my trunk....I know not the slightest idea about how to take these things back out. I had the CC in Knoxville install the system originally. Thanks for the advice.
