Anybody have any ideas on this one? Is there anyone in Tulsa or OKC that has the facilities/tools/ability, etc.? I'm looking to do an OMP front STB (yellow just isn't going to do it under my hood).

BTW, congrats on the 2nd place finish at the Ford meet, Tim. I also heard that a Shelby Mustang got nabbed during the event as well. My only question is how much did the Shelby owner owe you, and did you send the same guys over that you sent to get me after (still) owing you $10?

I know somewhere, I'll have to ask my friend. It's a powder coater.

55th & Garnett, Automotive Coating Specialist. Looked them up in the phone book & they are listed at 5460 S Garnett, Suite R. 627-5044. They do good work, sometimes they get huge projects and it might take a few days to get your stuff done. I've had a few of my airplane parts powder coated there and no complaints. Strut brace probably run you $20 to $30. $60 if you show up in your Vette and they see it.

Shelby GT500, a real one. Some nut who just got done watching "Gone in 60 seconds" no doubt. Witnesses say he drove off normally, waved, smiled and nodded to a bunch of people who watched him leaving the parking lot.

As for the Vette remark, I wonder if I can get it done for free if I steal the next door neighbor's kids bicycle and show up with the STB tied to my back?

The guy with the mustang that got stolen is from Des Moines and a member of our mustang club. Apparently the guy who stole it slim-jimmed it in front of like 6 people, then started it up and drove away. Not only that, but they attempted to steal another one, but luckily that owner had a battery disconnect in place.
