My 98.5 SE 'V6 sport' needs an alignment pretty badly... I know that the only setting I can mess with is Toe... I am just wondering what is a good starting point to start with on the Contour....

I am planning on running GS this year on street tires.

Thanks
Ted

Ted, I'd say to try starting at zero toe on both the front and the rear. See how that feels.

Toe-out in the front can sometimes help front-end grip and will help the car turn-in quicker, but it will be darty in everyday driving.

Toe-out in the rear is just plain unpredictabe for most front drivers, seeming to make the back end step out at strange times.

FWIW,
