O.K., here's the list of HVAC panels pre-orders that I'll be sending out tomorrow or Friday:

Daniel Mendoza

Craig Zboyovski

Sergey Vasilyev

Brian Morrison

Ben Bribach

Milan Filipovich

If you are not on this list and you have already paid, contact Dominic at fordcontour.org and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Oh man, this is some of the best news that I have received lately... Should be installing the Indiglo Gauges tomorrow, and when the HVAC comes in, I'll finally be able to put my interior back together... Hell yeah!

BTW, a big thank you to Jeremy, Doc, and of course, ma man Brad!! wink laugh

Got the Gauges today. Very Happy. Eagerly await the HVACs! Tell me, this is to anyone who has done the install. Where do you put the little control box that allows you to adjust the brightness and blue green. Have any suggestions?
Thanks
Also, which wire do I use to splice into the power source? The red or black? Is the black the ground wire? Just want to get it right!

I think what would look cool and I still have yet to try it is to get a metal plate with places for the toggle switches and dimmer pot cut out. Take the original plate that the switch came in, and cut it so that it seperates into two halves letting the toggle switch come out. If you are more adventurous, you can unsolder and resolder the toggle switch, but either way will work... there is no real way to easily remove the switch from the original plate without cutting or unsoldering. I do not recommend cutting the actual harness as it is a pain to strip the wires, etc. Anyways, the new plate would have two halves in which the bottom half housed the dimmer pot and half of the toggle... this way you create a big enough hole for the switch to pass through, and then put the top half of the plate on and snap the toggle into place. Hard to explain and understand, I know but once I get my stuff in and get the plate made, I will try and post pics if anyone is interested. However, it may be a month or who knows how long before I see my HVAC.... sent in pre-payment on the 10th but didnt make it to the list confused and about 6 different posts later saying I prepaid Dom, and how I paid, etc. I am still seeing new posts asking for people who prepaid but arent on the list.... I am waiting to hear back from Brad.... have furnished ref. numbers but still no response. Don't mean to sound rude or inconsiderate, but I am just really frustrated... especially since I am one of the people (not the only one mind you) who helped to organize this, and now it's like I'm forgotten about. Ok, I'm done venting. Sorry.

I installed my gauges tonight and am quite pleased with the outcome. I did notice and am not sure whether it has been brought to anyones attention yet is the parking brake/abs/and one other one cluster, the abs and the parking brake light are switched around. When I put on my parking brake, the abs light goes on. I am sure if I have some ABS trouble, my parking brake light will light up. I guess I will have to deal with it though.

I have no way to check those ref. numbers since your money was sent to Dominic. Please post on FCO forums if you haven't done so. We want to get this cleaned up as quickly as you guys do, I promise you.
