I was looking at getting an OBDII scanner for my Mystique. And I was wondering if there was enough interest in this for a group buy. I recall that there was a GB about a year ago? Here is the link for the product: http://www.ghg.net/dharrison/obdscan.html As well as their Palm Pilot version: http://www.ghg.net/dharrison/palm.htm There is a new version of the software due for release in July. It will have real time graphing capabilities. Pretty neat stuff. CM.

I'm game.
IIRC that last GB was for a scanner from a taurus car club GB. It seems like that was a different scanner though, I wonder if one is better than the other.

For folks w/o either a Palm or laptop, or that just have a Palm, then this is probably a better deal... Pick up a used Palm Pilot for under $100.. If you can talk the guy into a discount, count me in, Lard.

I might be interested it depends on the price you can get on the package. Maybe you should contact the company and see what kind of discount you can get and see how many people you will need to get it so people will have a better idea of what this is going to cost.

Well I got a reply today, here it is:
--------------------- If order 12 to 20 OBDScan all in one order is 10 % off, and + more saving on Shipping + more Upgrade on Palm Software + more Extended Data for ford Vehicles
Thank you. Harrison R & D, Molly. ---------------------
So thats the deal...if we get 12 or more orders we get 10% off. I'd suspect from the responses I've seen that 12 people putting up $$$'s for this is out of the questions.
Cheers,
CM.
