Yesterday i posted about offering DM dampers for about $20 less that the current price for CEG'rs. For some strange reason my post was deleted after 1 hr. I believe thi is not fair may be I do not have 1000 post but I have been a member for over a year. I just do not like to post as much for the same reason a lot of people do, there is not to much respect around here for others and a lot of smart****.
Anyway today I went back to the dealer to pick my DM damper if they could get me a better price if agroup buy. Ford overhere is very helpul they even went out of their way to do measurements to see if will fit the SVT and they said it will. anyway the new price is $90 including 16% tax here in Germany and you will pay for shipping (USPS priority) no more than $10 I estimate. The part comes in a original Ford parts box since I,m buying straight from the dealer . I need a minimun of ten orders to get this price. This not including the 30 min drive to the dealer and another 20 to the nearest USPS. I'm not trying to outsell anybody just trying to hookup fellow CEG'rs. Hopefully this post will not be deleted for the same reason last one was. E-mail me if any questions

Please remind your customers that they will have to pay import duty & broker fees when the part hits the USA...

I'm jus tryin to offer a product that is no offered in the states but if someone else offered for $140 is fine do you agree mangler. I care about my engine and if this part is going to help is fine for me but if you do not care why dont you keep your opinions to yourself ant let others be helped. Is not that I'm making money out of this the part is 74 euros + 16% taxyou make the math if you could. This is the reason why smo of us do not like to post.

That would not be the case since I'm not a dealer or own any type of company or bussnes. I,m just some one who have access to this parts buying from a regular Ford dealer.

Ease up old chap and check your PM's..I have no objection to competition on the DM damper as I offer it here already,'part time' sales is always a good thing. The point I was making is that your customers will incur hidden charges when it enters the USA.... wink

I have had a few things shipped over and haven't been taxed yet?

Also I'm curious why your post was deleted?

Anyways Thanks for helping out

That is a good question but do not have an answer.Terry I did not mean to point fingers at anybody sorry if i did I have nothing against you I read many of your posts and they helped me a lot I know you try to help everyone back in the States and thats good I give you my respect for that. But why is when someone try to help gets burn. This is the deal since I'm not making money out of this it will be mailed as a gift and since is not over a $500 thats fine. I mailed all kinds of things to my folks back home and never had a problem. this will answer some questions.

At one point I had a Monedeo ring shipped over! Not sure what type of shiping it was. It just had a a bunch of stamps on it.

Also remember the Huge Bonnet Lifter GB I think there is another going on right now. To my knowledge I didn't pay any sort of tax (Other than local) and they shipped directly from Europe. It also came the same way, stamps al over it.

If I had to guess it was probably just individual mail.

Hope that helps
