I talked to a few UK companies about this a few months ago, basically it comes to this. Send them a Contour and they make headlights and body kits for it. They were all quite eager to do it, so who wants to ship the tour over the pond?
The biggest difference is in the mounting depth, the Mondeo from what I understand is a much deeper mount.

BODY KITS TOO!!! I don't think they are good enough to design a body kit to fit the Tours just from a set of headlamps. :p I would definately send my car over if they paid for the mad S&H! Even betterif they accidentally sent me a Mondeo ST200 back.....
