Hey Silver -

I hate to say it again, but what is so great about your exhaust system? How is it better/different than the other two $600 exhaust systems out there?

I am glad you guys are starting another performance supplier for the contours, and developing products. It is great. However, you know as well as I do, that you have to sell products to be sucessful. I am just wondering how you plan on selling these exhausts, when there are two others (Borla, Bassani) that cost the same (or less), and offer proven gains from established suppliers.

I was hoping for a lower priced alternative. I would rather try something like Aussie's exhaust set up on Chuck's car. At least I would get a Y-Pipe out of it too.

Just my opinion, but I don't see much interest in this. I would buy the Bassani if I wanted a $600 exhaust....

Later,
Patrick

I think both the Bassani and Borla GP are going for around $499/$500 right now, or cheaper.
I hoping we'll get more interest on this Brullen (more than 15 people) to try to lower the price.

I will chime in just to say that this is the first (I think) mandrel bent (most of the others are not) & stainless (some are aluminized) 2.5 inch for the SVT. Bassani and Borla are both 2.25 inch which has been shown to give about the same power gains on N/A 2.5 Duratecs, BUT, for those planning 3L OR S/C, A 2.5 INCH MANDREL BENT SYSTEM IS THE WAY TO GO.

I did not know that.

I thought the Bassani was full Stainless all the way back. Can someone let me know either way?

Thanks Dan.

I can appreciate your comments pweizman, but there are specific design features the others do not have. This is not a cookie cutter system, you can customize it and that involves more work hence the slightly higher cost. All connections are flanged with gaskets for a tighter seal and not having the cheaper slip connection with a clamp.

Like I said, it can go for cheaper if we can generate enough interest, this is the first production run so I do not know the exact amount we can additionally discount them for but we are working on it.

i'm asking just for asking because i'd love to get the exhaust now but no dough. u said single and dual tips. does that mean i can get quad slash cut or dtms tips for the svt(twin singles or twin duals). So the quiet system doesn't have a center resonator? Is it louder than the stock svt exhaust. What r resonated tips. i know some of these questions may be answered when the website is updated.

...and yes, I did SEARCH first before asking.
