i'm interested in the plastic maf, as i think it would run cooler than metal, but know nothing of sizing, etc, as i'm new to modding efi. Seems i may need a 75? car is totally stock. thanks for any "education" offered.

Jack- What is the cutoff date on this buy? My 00SVT came stock with a plastic maf and I was told a long time ago that it was not interchangable. For whatever reason the computer would not be compatable with an upgrade. Mind you this was 12/99. There is a strong possibility of putting me on the list if it will work. Thanks.
If it's true that we are here to help others, then what exactly are the others here for?

Is there a difference between the Granatelli andf the Pro MAF? (besides price) I have a stock 00 SVT with a KKM and motorsport wires....do you guys think it will make that muh of a difference? Does changing the MAF generate CEL's, stalling etc??

Granatelli and Pro-M are the same thing...I doubt you will see much of a difference in performance at your level of mods.

Does anyone haw any dyno tests on doing this mod? If so please post because I am interested in purchasing on of these. Also is there anything else you have to do to the car besides bolting it on?

Search for a post by Dan Nixon. He dynoed the new MAF, and has a ton of info on the board. He also has a post in the "dyno" section about it.
He gained some good hp, but also had intake/exhaust done already.
