No, sorry not the dearly departed black SVT. Moment of silence. It's a champagne colored SE. It's been sitting at a gas station for quite a while now, T-boned in the drivers side. Thought I'd beg for the wheels since it's been there for a long time. In return they can have Steph's lovely wheels and covers. Good trade, huh?  Sorry to get your hopes up! Christine

What year was it? If it is a pre-98 ask how much for the trunk lid and lights!! We need a junkyard run. Anyone want to run to Harry's tomorrow with me? :p

Kress Auto Recyclers (same company, right next door I think) will have parts from newer wrecks pulled from stock. That happens to be where I got my new (to me) control arms. No, not a pre 98. Don't know if they'll let me buy the wheels or any other parts. Nothing has been removed from the car as of yet. Just sits there. I would think that the insurance would have settled up by now, it's been there for about 6 months or more. I'll try to get up there tomorrow and get some details. I'll let you know. I'd go with ya but I gotta wait for the pool installer to show (says he's coming). He was supposed to be here 2 months ago. I want my pool! Either of you know how to install a pool???  Well, if ya go and see any decent wheels let me know. Hate seeing "her" car with those crappy wheels and covers.  Christine

Jason: How come no one ever has anything for our cars?!?! That's ok, only about 1/3 of what I was looking for came off of the CDW27 platform. The ohter 2/3 came off of the DSM and Taurii. Luca: I've been contemplating selling my 17" since the OZ Superleggerra 3-piece came out.

Told Steph that you may sell your 17's. She's working like crazy and saving her money. When I first suggested new wheels she said "I like my star wheel covers." She's such a girl!! :rolleyes: But now that she's seen all the Contour pictures she wants to get rid of the "star" covers. Chris

Welcome to the boards, we have heard much about your tour in the past few days, at least I feel I have. Sounds like your mom is pretty cool, mine is all like you dont need that, so then I just go and talk to my dad . Like I said welcome to the boards and its good to see a few more females around here.
