I say go to court and fight it. I got picked off for going 66 in a 45, $145 out of my wallet. I went to court and got it reduced to I forget what, but I got 0 points on my license and actually got a refund of $40 some dollars. It doesnt hurt to go and try to get it knocked down. What was your first offense for? Another thing you can do, is go to where the cop was sitting and see if the white lines can be seen from where he was sitting, if they cant be seen, take a picture, get it processed and take it along on court day.

okay so how exactly am I supposed to fight it, I was going over the limit no matter what. Anyways what did you use as defense to get it over-ruled?

no wreckless driving is actually not as bad, cause thats what my first one was and that was only 2 pts.

UPDATE: I am now def. fighting it, due to the fact that I love btkrazy (not gay) but I went to where he would be sitting and for him to see the second white line, he would virtually have to sit at the stop sign. Still prolly have an attorney fight it for me, cause I am 17 and better chance I feel from someone who does it for a living.
