I got the adapter today, and put on the filter. As of now its fine, but I want to build a better bracket or something to keep it in place. I also need to construct a heat shield when I have time. I took pics, but they are on my gf's camera so i'm not sure how soon they'll be up. I'll have to talk to my machinest, but I sort of doubt he will be willing to produce 10 or more brackets for a possible group buy or something on this setup....of corse I still need to ask him :rolleyes:

OK guys, here are the pics. I am still working on designing a heat shield. As you can see, I included the "screen" inbetween the adapter and the MAF. Also, I did some messing around with the stock intake tube, and I even glued the cone from the stock filter on to the K&N in order to "dicapate" or smooth out the air flow coming from the stock intake tube. Adding the cone reduced "moosing" and it sounds a little closer to stock, but you can still tell its louder and throatier than stock. Here is the link:
