The person in charge is on vacation for about 10 days. I think someone needs to call and get some things straight. I was also charged 30 bucks because I didn't have some form sent in????? Were you charged 30 or 20 bucks? One more thing How many people are pre-regestered? Do we know? The woman typed it in as I was on the phone (supposedly) . The pre-registration charge is $30 . If we would have been a pre-existing club (i.e. registered in mass LAST year) it would only be $25 . If we pull this off this year , we'll get a break NEXT year . So far , to my knowledge , we've only got a couple people pre-registered . I ran into this problem yesterday.As of today(friday)the problem is fixed.We are in the computer system,but they have to charge us $30.00.This is not what I was told a month ago.They told me they were sorry for the confusion over the price.One important thing,when someone registers,you must mention that your in the club,or it won't count as members needed to get a tent.But,if you forget to tell them and arrive at the day of the show,you can inform them that your in the club,and they will add you to the list.I don't know if can still get a tent on show day?This is getting too complicated.

I was informed that there was just some sort of misunderstanding with us not being in the computer . After all , I have had my confirmation for WEEKS now . We ARE in the computer , all is well . The price , as I have been saying for some time now , is $30 to pre-register . There has been some major confusion about this , but I can assure you that's what it is . I was mislead at first too . YOU MUST MENTION THE CONTOUR ENTHUSIASTS GROUP WHEN YOU PRE-REGISTER !!! If you do not , it WILL NOT count towards the 25 people for our tent & class , even IF you tell them the day of the event . Pre-registering is really a no-brainer ... you get a discount , get in all 3 days , and you help out our club . Todras - Where'd you come up with that list ?!?! If you did a search , I'd check the dates on those posts just to be sure , because 95zetecgl hasn't been with us for well over a year !
