Hey I'd just like to give some people some advice. If you are looking for a svt. Be up on the market here in PA. The SVT market sucks! I know a dealer that had a green 2001 svt with 11k on it, he had for like 6 months, and finally sold it for 14,500 at the manheim auto auction. These cars are great, but its still a contour, which hurts the resale value. No one really thinks they are that great. My friend with an integra was like.."what u get one of those for?" Lol...u can imagine what my response was. Anyway, dealers are having a hard time selling these cars, so don't pay too much for them, and push them as low as u can. My dad has a dealers liscense, so i do know a little about this stuff

It took me forever to find the right priced one. I finally found one at a ford dealer with 8000 miles on it for 16,9. I figured why not buy it from ford because they might know a little bit more about the car then some toyota or suzuki dealer that i saw others at. So it turned out alright but im still trying to figure out why the price was so low.

Don't complain when you get a good deal! Remember when some posters were getting new 2000 SVTs for $19k?

99badsvt, if you see a 98 t-red SVT in Lancaster, it's probably me. I'm there a couple times a week. I'll keep my eyes peeled for a green SVT.

Well I have to add my .02 in here too. Chris and I both travel quite a bit. I've made a few PA meets myself and looking forward to a few more.

Although I have to give Chris the Kudos.. he travels ALOT further than I do to meets. ie place of $400 ticket was it Chris??

Im in lancaster also every now and then! I see two other silver svt's there also, one guy always waves, I dont think that either are on the board. Ill be looking for red and green, next time im over that way!

Hey I also see a black 98 svt in the Lititz area quite often, haven't seen him though since I got mine, the only one i did see was silver, off of fruitville pike, and the driver was some old dude
