Hey Toadster, where in California do you live? I've been thinking of moving out there, but the real estate prices have been the dealbreaker so far..

thanks on your comments about the website too Yeah, I'm the one from NJ, I'm actually going to be back in Folsom from the 25th-4th.. Have to come out there for some training, but was going to try to look at some places while I'm out there to get a gauge of what prices are like. Do you like it out there? How does the cost of living compare to Philadelphia? Thanks.

hmm, I know Philly was more $$$ than where I came from (Johnstown, PA) ususally the best bet is to look at price and sq. footage out here, houses are going for ~$130/sq.ft. so if you have a 2000sq/ft house it costs ~ $260,000 - big bucks! you can send me mail at work todd.christ@intel.com if you want to... also, check out http://www.monstermoving.com/ or do a yahoo search on relocation - there are some great tools that let you do a "what if" scenario... enjoy!

Most area have a higher cost of living than around the Johnstown area. That's one of the reasons I'll put up with the cold ------------------ Derrick Now THAT'S a Black Cat
