You may consider the same method I use on the Wilwoods- take them up to the Powder Coaters, tape off the pistons with duct tape, plug the bleeders with standard bolts, have them lightly sand blasted, dusted the color you wish and pop them in the PC oven. No, we don't remove seals or pistons, as I see it if they won't take the 425 degrees then I wouldn't want them on the car for brakes anyhow! No problem, many satisfied customers.....

I just painted mine tonight, it took about an hour per wheel and they look GREAT! I thought they'd look a little stupid with the stock wheels, but they really set the car off, especially with the color of my car, it looks sa-weeet!! I'm VERY happy with it, and I can't believe I did it myself eek Im so proud of myself :p laugh cool

I just finished my fourth and final caliper... I LOVE them. THey look great sitting still and even better when moving at highway speed. I let mine dry for a bout 30 minutes before I put the wheel back on, figured that by then, and with this heat, they wouldn't be dripping onto my wheel. I drove the car shortly after and had no trouble. If yours are anything like mine, I would put an extra coat on them, or at least a little touch up a few days after, cuz mine had some thin spots on them. Just my .02 smile
