Hey anyone out there ever had Rage 5.0 wheels (17x7 40 mm offset) with the Baer 13" track kit. My brakes need replacing and I am wondering if they fit before pulling the trigger.

I would like to find out if they fit without having to take a wheel off to use the template.
When I searched I saw that ShaunG has the kit and at one point had the Rage 5.0 wheels. Did he have these at the same time???

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, that is the set up I have now. You should have no problems. Are you getting the Baer kit? If you are you will be very happy, lots of fun.

Just to let you know, Todd at TCE also makes a kit for our car. It's a Wilwood 4 piston kit.

What tires do you have on the wheels? So far I like the Nitto 555's. Gotta love 225/40/17s!

I have Dunlope SP9000 and love them...quite and confortable..not top performence but a nice sporty ride.

dan, your shiet is tight! how are things since we last spoke? Did you end up doing anything else to your car? Tell me about the rear strut bar and let me know if it's worth it. I know your car is stiff as it is already so I'm wondering how much better the handling was.
