ok 60k miles, time to change pads\rotors.... i have the parts... just is there anything special to look for on the calipers etc coming off car????

You should have the rotors turned or new ones put on! When they get turned they will more than likely be below spec and have to be replaced anyway!

Clean and lube the slide pins well!

nothing to worry about except for that special star head screw behind the caliper. friggin ford, its the only bolt head like that on the car! (that i know of)
i can't remeber the size though, sorry man.

and the rear calipers (if you have them...) turn to open, while the fronts press to open...

A Strong pair of Needle nose will work usually if you don't have to go to far! Also, Go easy on the rotors for a good 1k miles. Or you will warp them again!
