I suggest that you buy a Haynes manual. They cover brakes very well. Although the manual mixes some misleading information here and there by including Mondeo information, it is overall an excellent manual and well worth purchasing.
I will not try to give extensive instructions here, but if you are familiar with disc brakes here are a few pointers about things that are unique to Contiques.
On the front brakes, do one side at a time. It seems that people often install the wire clip wrong so it helps to leave one side alone so that you can refer to it if necessary. Make sure that the caliper slide pins slide freely and do not bind. You will need a either a 7 mm allen or a torx (I think it is a t45). Some cars use the torx and some use the allen so make sure you use the correct tool.
On the rears, the rear caliper piston is not to be pushed back into place. Instead, it needs to be threaded back due to the design for the parking brake. There is a special tool for this or you can use needle nose pliers. Once again, muake sure that the caliper slide pins are well lubricated and free.
Have fun with your project.
