About these new 13" kits, would such a dramatic change in rotor size on the fronts throw off the overall brake balance (between the front and the rear) of the car. Kits that keep the same size rotors up front obviously will not effect this but I am not so sure that a 13" front kit might not screw things up.

Normal braking no, but if you hit the brakes hard at 130mph....

I don't think the difference is too noticeable. The car nose dives like crazy when you stomp the brakes at higher speed, but that's to be expected.

To begin with, the stock fronts do what, 80%of the braking, now the fronts are doing 90%? I'm not worried about it.

I'm not a true hard-core racer to notice a difference. Not yet at least. :rolleyes:

It's the excessive amounts of rear brakes that some people want that can lead to problems. The only indication of 'over braking' the front I can think of is the system being too agressive due to pad choice and thus locking up the fronts due to lack of tie adhesion. Sticky pads, sticky tires are the ticket.
