hey guys, I need some help. I'm looking for a nice set of front rotors and pads.
I was looking at EBC sport rotors, but they only come in 260mm and the Cougar has the 278mm like the SVT.
I'm leaning towards the PowerStop x-drilled from SPMotorsports. Have you heard anything about them, are they good/bad?? confused
I'll be ordering something Monday morning, I'm grinding away my right front rotor as we speak frown

Thanks

I've heard bad things (warp) about the powerstop cross-warped-drilled rotors.

I believe a lot of people have complained about warping...

I recommend slotted/grooved rotors.

BTW - grinding your rotor will add a tremendous amount of heat to the caliper and brake hose. You will most likely end up needing to replace those as well! Flushing the fluid is a no-brainer whenever servicing brakes. I recommend Valvoline SynPower.

2000 SVT #674 - Check it out!
