Well I believe it was either Clark Kent or David Banner who put the slider pins in my rear calipers, as such the dang thing stripped (the had, not the thread... Yet anyway!) Any suggestions on how to get the thing out? I rolled the rubber back and took a vise grip to it and even with obscene amounts of "vise" I just ended up scratching up the outside. I'm fairly angry because the front pads (including the crazy spring thing) went on fine without a fight. Why the rears are SO tight is beyond me. Anyway, before I take it to a shop, I figured I'd ask this knowledgable group first. I already soaked the bolts up with liquid wrench (as best I could, it's hard to get the oil to the spot where it needs it) and like I said, I tried the vise grip. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,

Stop at Sears and get yourself a 45MM Torx bit.
It should fit into the end of the bolt so you can get it out.

I failed to mention that that's where I started. T-45 Torx: stripped, hammered a T-47 in there (didn't take much by this point): stripped, used a vise grip around the outside of the bolt: stripped. : (
