Mustangs are rear wheel drive with brake rotors that slip on over studs on the axle flange. The contour however uses a fully independent rear suspension, a dual A arm system with spindles welded to the common link between the upper and lower arms. The rear rotor or drom on the contour is mounted by means of tapered roller bearings and races on the inner hub of the disc or drum. So no it can not be done without signifigant modification, it would cost much more than it is worth.
