Yesterday I went over to Sparks' house and we put a 60MM messaged Throttle Body on my 'Tour. The butt dyno tells me I feel the difference in the high end (or MY bottom end). It didn't take us long, 30 min, and it is well worth it. smile I left him my stock TB and he plans to message it so someone else can use it.

Sparks put a 65MM and we went for a ride in his 'Tour and it is a beast!! I know that it has helped his 'Tour...no dyno needed! laugh

I optimized a stock throttle body by removing half the shaft for the butterfly and countersinking the butterlfy screws. Then polish the inside.

It made a noticable differenc in my 65, the wife's Taurus (60) and Neal's SVT (60).

I getting closer to spending the 125 to find out if the dyno will confirm our perceived gains.

I just got the go ahead from Neal to modify the one I have, Brian you're next. How's the Weekend look?
